This was quite an informative course. Instructor Joel Kuchenski made the material both interesting and applicable. His instruction also helped me to apprehend the sobering responsibility of carrying a firearm, and the need to strive for safety and de-escalation as much as possible. The books and de-escalation frameworks mentioned in the course provided material to do further study. Thank you for this experience.
